Your style. Your craft. Your business.

Better together.

  • For clients

Your hairstyle history, your inspiration, your choice of what to share.

You choose which photos to share with each booking. Only your stylist and the salon’s owner see them.

  • For stylists

Your professional identity and portfolio, built around your career.

You choose which of your photos each salon shows.

  • For salons

Your brand, your services and the way you run your business.

You set your salon’s look, services, hours and team.

In sync, around each appointment

  1. The client shares inspiration.
  2. The stylist contributes expertise.
  3. The salon organises the service and availability.
  4. Everyone has the relevant information for the appointment.

GlowUpSync connects all three—bringing the right people, ideas and appointment details together, while keeping personal and business information under the right control.

See how it works

More than a booking calendar.

Start with the look.

Customers can keep a private hairstyle gallery and choose which photos to share.

Each photo can carry their own rating and notes. They show the ones they choose for a booking or a consultation, and can take them off again.

A customer choosing which of their hairstyle photos Sorven, their stylist, will see, on a phone: two are chosen, each with the customer’s own star rating. The others stay private.

Talk before the appointment.

Use consultations to discuss ideas before a customer books.

A customer can ask a question with photos of styles they like. The salon can reply, suggest a stylist or a service, and bring a stylist into the conversation. Nothing is booked until the customer chooses a time.

A consultation on a phone: the customer asks for something softer and easier to look after this winter and adds two photos, and Tanya, the owner, suggests a Restyle cut and finish with Elvara, €85, with a link to book it.

Agree the service first.

For services that need approval, review the details and agree the price before booking.

The salon decides which services need approval. The customer sends what the salon asks for, such as a photo or an answer; the owner or a qualified stylist approves, asks for more or explains why not.

An approval request on a computer, as the owner sees it: Soft balayage and finish for Avelin Alderfen, €155, with the photo of their hair they sent and their answer to the salon’s question, and a Decide panel to approve, ask for more or not approve.

A portfolio that belongs to the stylist.

Stylists keep their own professional profile and portfolio when their salon membership changes.

Customers see each photo’s services and can book them with that stylist. Photos taken at a salon stay the salon’s to remove.

A stylist's portfolio on a phone: the photos from the stylist's own portfolio that they show at this salon, where customers can book the services each one shows.

Salon setup isn’t open yet. Explore the demo salon to see the customer’s side and the team’s working day, or ask us to show you around. Your customers would see your salon’s name, logo and colours on its booking pages, not ours.

Setting up will be free, with no time-limited trial. Taking real bookings is the paid step, when you choose to start it. We’ll set up the first salons with them personally, once salon setup is ready. Self-service comes later. Review: the planned service: salon setup isn't open yet (DECISIONS D-36)

Questions before getting started

Do I need to install an app?

No. GlowUpSync works in the web browser on a phone, a tablet or a computer, so there’s nothing to install, for your team or for your customers.

Can customers choose a stylist?

Yes. A customer can start with a service and then pick a stylist, or any available stylist to see everyone’s free times.

They can also start from a stylist’s own page and book with them directly.

Can I use my own branding?

Yes. Your booking pages carry your salon’s name and your logo. Choose a designed theme, set your own colours on top, and preview them before your customers see them. Emails to your customers carry your logo too.

Whatever colours you choose, the pages stay readable, and booking works the same way.

Separately, each member of your team can choose light or dark and a colour scheme for their own screens. That changes only what they see, not your salon’s branding.

Can I use my own domain or existing website?

You can link to your booking pages from the website you already have. Using your own domain name for them isn’t offered at the moment.

Can customers pay online?

Not at the moment. Customers pay at the salon, and your team records what was paid in GlowUpSync, tips included. Nothing is charged through it.

Who can see customer photographs?

A customer’s hairstyle photos are private to them. They choose which ones to show for a booking or a consultation.

The salon’s team on that booking or conversation then see those photos, with the customer’s own rating and notes. The customer can take them off again at any time.

What happens when a stylist leaves?

Their own stylist account, profile and portfolio stay theirs, apart from photos taken at your salon, which you can remove.

Your salon keeps its own records. Its bookings and customers don’t go with them.

Is there a free trial?

There’s no time-limited trial. To see GlowUpSync working first, explore the demo salon, or ask us to show you around.

What will setting up a salon cost? Review: The planned service: salon setup isn’t open yet (DECISIONS D-36).

Nothing. Preparing your salon will be free, with no card and no deadline.

Your salon takes real bookings only once you choose Start paid plan. Before you confirm, you’ll see how many stylists are bookable and what your first bill will be.

We’ll set up the first salons with them personally, once salon setup is ready.
